It’s not often that a fabricator involved in the building of a distillery, has the opportunity to become its distiller!

That is exactly what John Scott, a long time boilermaker and craftsman has done. From installing our very own Stillsmiths Stills and distilling equipment to operating the distillery is a pathway that John is embracing.

John is mentored by Master Distiller Damian Mackey, famous for creating Tasmania’s distinctively rich, triple-distilled spirits.

Our distillery is now open for tours.
