Distillery Tour Times:
Thursday & Friday: 2.30pm
Saturday: & Sunday: 3.00pm

An extraordinary way to learn about craft distillation & artisan spirits. See where our Spirits are made & appreciate what’s in your glass. Your knowledgeable spirit guide will give you access to production areas, stills, bottling setup & the opportunity to see, touch & smell our raw ingredients/botanicals.

Tours are limited to 8 people. Larger Group Tours available on request, contact us to discuss.

Tastings

You must have a tasting or two of our award-winning premium Tasmanian gin, whisky and spirits. We have a fabulous range of gin, whisky, poitín, and vodka options for your to try, whatever your tipple may be – we have you covered.

Whisky drinkers are sure to absolutely love our whisky wall, featuring whisky from distilleries across Tasmania and of course Western Tiers Distillery.

Bookings for tastings are not required, but recommended for 5 or more people.
