Poitín
Demonised by the authorities and long driven underground, poitín is now making a significant comeback and to our knowledge, Western Tiers Distillery is one of the few producers down under. A pure, white spirit, you can drink it neat, on ice, or mixed. As the Irish say, Slainte!

Making a smooth, premium vodka is not easy. The purest of ingredients is essential, and a clue as to the most important ingredient lies in the name: vodka is derived from the Russian voda, meaning water. Our vodka is ideal for mixing, drinking neat or on ice.
