Cranberry & Gin Hot Toddy

Heat proof glass or teacup.Ingredients
60ml Dry’s Bluff dry gin2 tsp honey
1.5 cups hot water
1 chai tea bag
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
30ml cranberry juice
15ml vermouth
a few cranberries, rosemary sprigs and a slice of orange, thinly sliced to garnish
Method
Step 1
Add honey, hot water, chai tea bag, cinnamon stick and star anise in a mug and allow tea to steep for 3-5 minutes.
Step 2
Remove tea bag and stir to combine.
Step 3
Add cranberry juice, vermouth, and gin to your mug, stirring to combine.
