Martini – Dirty
Ingredients60 ml Western Tiers Distillery Dry's Bluff Gin
A cap full of dry vermouth (white). (e.g. Noily Pratt or Dolin).
Brine from olive jar.
In a mixing glass:
– fill with ice,
– add Western Tiers Distillery Dry’s Bluff Gin,
– add cap full for dry vermouth,
– add a few barspoons of olive brine.
Note: the more brine you add, the dirtier the martini becomes, but don’t go overboard.
Stir slowly for 1 -2 minutes.
Keep mixing glass full of ice, so top up if needed whilst stirring.
Pour through strainer to remove ice shards into a martini glass.
