Mulled Pear & Cranberry Gin Punch
GlassCup or heat proof glass
Ingredients180ml Quamby Bluff Sloe Gin
1 L pear cider
1 L pear (or cloudy apple) juice
1 L cranberry juice
5 star anise
A good handful of fresh or dried cranberries
3 cinnamon sticks
2 vanilla pods, scored lengthways
small cinnamon stick and a small and thin slice of pear to garnish
Put all the ingredients into your biggest saucepan or casserole dish and place onto a medium heat.
Don’t let it boil, simmer for a min of 15-18 mins, take off heat and serve immediately by leadelling into heat proof glasses or into cups.
