Rocks or stemless wine glass

Ingredients

30ml Dry's Bluff dry gin
30ml Campari
30ml sweet Vermouth (red)
ice

Method

Step 1
Fill glass with ice.

Step 2
Add gin, Campari and Vermouth.

Step 3
Stir. Stir. Stir.

Step 4
Top up with ice if necessary. Keep the liquid level up to near the rim of the glass.

Garnish

Flame orange twist. Sprig of rosemary.
