Quamby Sloe Gin Fizz
GlassRocks or small tumbler
Ingredients50ml Quamby Bluff Sloe Gin
25ml lemon juice
2 tsp sugar syrup
one lemon slice to garnish
a couple of fresh or frozen blackberries to garnish
3-4 mint leaves, optional to garnish
Pour the sloe gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker and fill up with ice cubes.
Shake well for approx 30 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels cold, then strain into a tall glass filled with more ice.
Top up with sparkling water and stir gently.
