Infused with 100% blue butterfly pea flowers, this magical gin pours a deep, midnight blue, until a splash of tonic or citrus transforms it into a soft violet colour.

Hand-crafted and available for a limited time only, this special release is named after the Iris Tin Mine Hut. Once a bustling site of 19th-century grit, it now stands as a lone sentinel under the power lines of Dolcoath Hill, a poignant reminder of a by-gone era and the families who carved a living from the earth before the world changed in 1914.
