Ever wondered what actually happens behind those distillery doors? Now’s your chance to find out.
Step behind the scenes and into our production area to see how we bring our spirits to life. Led by one of our expert guides, you’ll walk through every step of our process from the stills we use (made by our sister business, Still Smiths), to how each batch comes together from raw ingredients, right through to bottling, labelling and heading out across Australia. If the timing is right, you might even catch our team in action.
To finish the journey, you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of a selection of our spirits, giving you a chance to experience the end result of all that work for yourself.
After your tour, you’re welcome to settle into the Cellar Door, continue your tasting at your own pace, and enjoy a bite to eat from our delicious menu.
Tours operate at 11am and 2pm daily.
