Named after the prominent Nells Bluff standing guard above the fertile floodplains of Caveside and Western Creek, this gin is quintessentially Tasmanian. Taste and smell traditional gin botanicals alongside the flavours and aromas of Tasmaniaʼs bushlands. Perfectly balanced. Resinous and rich. Distinctly Tasmanian.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Deep and warming spice on the nose with a complex interplay of spices, resinous juniper and hints of citrus.
Palate: Lush, full bodied mouth-feel. An earthy base of Angelica root and Tasmanian Kunzea, smoothed over with sweet liquorice, with a pop or lemon and lime, topped with spicy Tasmanian pepperberry.
Finish: Leaves a long warming glow with spices that are quintessentially Tasmanian.
