SIGNATURE COCKTAIL
TWILIGHT TARN MERINGUE
Ingredients:
30ml Limoncello
30ml simple syrup
30ml lemon juice
15ml Licor 43
Method:
Add 30ml Twilight Tarn Hut Limoncello, 30ml simple syrup, 30ml lemon juice, and 15ml Licor 43 to a cocktail shaker.
Fill with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Garnish:
Top with a layer of whipped cream for a smooth, velvety finish.
