Made at Western Tiers Distillery, this bold and fruit-forward liqueur captures the best of the season in every bottle. Juicy peaches and ripe raspberries are infused into our Devil’s Gullet Poitin, then gently rounded out with peach syrup and brown sugar.
The result is a lively and flavourful spirit — rich stone fruit leads the way, lifted by a bright touch of raspberry and finishing with a subtle berry richness.

ALLISONS HUT BELLINI
Ingredients:
30ml Allison’s Hut Liqueur
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
A few crushed raspberries
Top with sparkling wine
Method:
Shake liqueur, lime juice, syrup and raspberries with ice. Strain into a chilled flute and top with your favourite sparkling wine.
Garnish:
Slice of citrus
