Ingredients
30ml Devil's Gullet Poitin
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Lemon Juice
Dry Ginger Ale
Method
Put the Poitin, lemon and lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain over ice in a rocks glass. Top with dry ginger ale.
