Named after Wild Dog Tier, a solitary ridge line landmark. An unforgiving, forgotten landscape where icicles hang from frozen rocks and moss. This vodka has a light tang, reminiscent of spice which is followed by a distinct Tasmanian bush flavour that gently warms the mouth.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Crisp and enlivening scents of lemongrass, tea tree and grapefruit play across the nose, reminiscent of warmer climates.
Palate: Surprisingly smooth with herbaceous grassy notes, tropical fruits like bananas and honeyed toffee. Somewhat an elusive flavour, it refreshes and warms simultaneously.
Finish: A clean finish with a spicy lift.
