The Tiers Whisky Journey Terms

1. Eligibility & Capacity
Membership is limited to 25 participants per year.

Memberships are reviewed and renewed annually.

2. Member Numbers
Upon joining, you may select a number between 31 and 55, subject to availability.
Your number stays with you for the duration of your continuous membership. If your membership lapses, your number may be reallocated.

3. Cask Participation
Each year you are an active member, you will receive an exclusive 200ml bottle of that year’s selected spirit, labelled and individually numbered with your member number. Samples are for personal enjoyment only and not for resale.

4. Collectors Series Access
Journey Members receive first rights to purchase Collectors Series bottles matching their member number before public release.
If not purchased within the pre-sale window, the bottle becomes available to the public.

5. Whisky Club Access
• Local Members: Receive free entry to 10 Whisky Club events per year (Feb–Nov).
If you can’t attend, give at least 7 days’ notice and you’ll be included in that month’s online sample mail-out.

6. Member Discounts
Journey Members enjoy:
• 10% off all bottle purchases online and at the cellar door (Discounts do not apply to event tickets or merchandise unless otherwise stated.)

7. Annual Fee
Membership is $300 per year.
Fees are non-refundable once the membership cycle begins (unless cancelled by WTD).

8. Communication
You’ll receive email updates including:
• Monthly tasting info
• Collectors Series previews
• The annual end-of-year Journey Report
