Named after the imposing Dryʼs Bluff on the Great Western Tiers escarpment, this dry gin has all the hallmark tasting notes of a classic London Dry Gin. Bright and zesty with hints of peppery spice, its warm, earthy finish is truthful to its distinct terroir. Serve with a squeeze of citrus and your favourite tonic, and enjoy the scenery.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Zesty citrus with spicy heat running straight to the middle of the nose and expanding all the way back.

Palate: Smooth mouth feel. Warm middle of juniper, sweet liquorice and cassia, with dry and warming cardamon and resinous juniper running to either side.

Finish: Long dry finish with a wrestle of spices between Tasmanian mountain pepperberry and cardamon, followed by a lasting hint of citrus.
