Thousand Lakes – First Release
Thousand Lakes, the second single malt whisky to be released as part of our whisky range.
At the heart of this exceptional whisky lies the meticulous selection of the finest spirits triple distilled and carefully matured in a selection of Sherry and Apera Casks to achieve a dept of character that is truly remarkable.
First Release bottles are presented in copper cylinders, each one unique with a base and lid made from Tasmanian myrtle. Only 50 produced – buy now while stocks last.
Nose
Beautiful rich toffee nose. Big, complex, clean and soft.
Palate
Sweet and beguiling palate upfront with beautiful big notes of dark chocolate liquorice bullets. Rich and oily. A well crafted spirit in a well selected barrel.
Finish
The finish is long and well balanced. A perfect sense of alcohol.
