60ml Dry's Bluff dry gin1/2 Lebanese cucumber, cut into ribbons or sliced
2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, torn, plus extra leaves to garnish
1/2 cup chilled tonic water
1/2 cup chilled dry ginger ale
Ice cubes, to serve
Method
Step 1
Place gin, cucumber and mint in a jug. Stand for 10 minutes to allow flavours to develop.
Step 2
Add tonic water and ginger ale to jug. Stir to combine. Divide between 2 serving glasses.
