Dry’s Bluff Gin
Named after the imposing Dryʼs Bluff on the Great Western Tiers escarpment, this dry gin has all the hallmark tasting notes of a classic London Dry Gin. Bright and zesty with hints of peppery spice, its warm, earthy finish is truthful to its distinct terroir. Serve with a squeeze of citrus and your favourite tonic, and enjoy the scenery.

Nose
Zesty citrus with spicy heat running straight to the middle of the nose and expanding all the way to the back.
Palate
Smooth mouth feel. Warm middle of juniper, sweet liquorice, and cassia, with dry and warning cardamon and resinous juniper running to either side.
Finish
Long dry finish with a wrestle of spices between Tasmanian mountain pepperberry and cardamon, following by a lasting hint of citrus.
