Champagne Bowl (or Martini Glass)

Ingredients

30ml Quamby Bluff Sloe Gin
30ml Apricot Brandy
30ml white rum
30ml lime juice
1 dash grenadine
1 pinch of nutmeg (optional to finish)

Method

Step 1
Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.

Step 2
Shake vigorously for 25-30 second, until mixed well and chilled.

Step 3
Strain and pour into a champagne bowl or martini glass.

Garnish

Add the final touch, with a slight sprinkling of nutmeg (optional).
