Ingredients30ml Western Tiers Distillery Quamby Bluff Sloe Gin
30ml Apricot Brandy
30ml white rum
30ml lime juice
1 dash grenadine
1 pinch of nutmeg (optional to finish)
This cocktail is a classic, a lovely mix of sloe gin and is the perfect blend of sweet and sour.
- Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 25-30 second, until mixed well and chilled.
- Strain and pour into a champagne bowl or martini glass.
