60 ml Western Tiers Distillery Nells Bluff GinMint
Lime wedges
15 ml sugar syrup (or to taste)
Ice
Method
Add three lime wedges to glass and muddle (squash to release juice).
Place 8 to 10 mint leaves in the palm of hand and ‘clap’. This will release the essential oils. Add to glass.
Add ice.
Add Western Tiers Distillery Nells Bluff Gin
Add sugar syrup.
Stir. Stir. Stir.
