Roasted Marshmallow Moonshine
GlassCoupe or martini glass
Ingredients50ml Devil’s Gullet Irish Moonshine (Poitín)
60ml Cold Brew Coffee (a cold white latte or similar)
5 large marshmallows
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 large marshmallows, Devil’s Gullet Irish Moonshine, Cold Brew Coffee and Ice. Shake for 20 seconds or until very cold.
Strain content of shaker into couple or martini glass
Skewer the 3 remaining marshmallow and toast until golden brown.
