Roasted Marshmallow Moonshine

50ml Devil’s Gullet Irish Moonshine (Poitín)60ml Cold Brew Coffee (a cold white latte or similar)
5 large marshmallows
ice
Method
STEP 1
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 large marshmallows, Devil’s Gullet Irish Moonshine, Cold Brew Coffee and Ice. Shake for 20 seconds or until very cold.
STEP 2
Strain content of shaker into couple or martini glass
STEP 3
Skewer the 3 remaining marshmallow and toast until golden brown.
