Step 1
Fill glass with ice.

Step 2
Add a few drops of Fee Brothers Old Fashion Bitters, (careful: very strong flavour!).

Step 3
Add Devil’s Gullet Irish Moonshine (Poitín). Stir slowly and start to add a small amount of sugar syrup, to taste. Continue until liquid comes up to rim. Add more ice if necessary.
