Orange & Rosemary Gin Burst

250ml orange juice160ml Nells Bluff flavoured gin
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
2 rosemary sprigs
1 orange, thinly sliced
375ml chilled tonic water
Ice cubes, to serve
slice of orange for grnish
small sprig of rosemary for garnish
Method
Step 1
Place the orange juice, cardamom and rosemary in a small saucepan over high heat. Bring to the boil. Cook for 2 mins or until the orange juice thickens slightly. Strain through a fine sieve into a jug. Discard solids. Set aside for 10 mins to cool a little.
Step 2
Divide the orange mixture, gin and orange slices among serving glasses and top with ice cubes and tonic water.
