60ml Dry's Bluff dry gina cap full of dry vermouth (white) e.g. Noily Pratt or Dolin
lemon twist to garnish
Ice
Method
Step 1
In a mixing glass:
– fill with ice,
– add Western Tiers Distillery Dry’s Bluff Gin,
– add cap full for dry vermouth.
Step 2
Stir slowly for 1 -2 minutes.
Step 3
Keep mixing glass full of ice, so top up if needed whilst stirring.
Pour through strainer to remove ice shards into a martini glass.
